FOR PIZZA DOUGH
1 tspn sugar
1 cup warm water
2 1/4 tspn yeast
2 1/2 cup flour
1 tspn salt
1 tbsp Italian herbs
4 tbsp oil
Mix all the dry ingredients and mix well, add oil and mix with your hands to form crumbs like,
Add warm water and mix again to form a soft and firm dough, continue kneading until it no longer sticks to your hands, cover with cling wrap or a cloth and set aside.
Prepare your topping while waiting for the dough to double in size.
FOR TOPPING YOU WILL NEED
Mozzarella cheese
Sliced 1 big onion
Sliced 1 big green pepper
250g mince meat
4 tbsp oil to try
Spices of your choice
Salt to taste
Tomatoe sauce
Fry your mince when it's done add your green pepper onions, spices and salt you can as well add black pepper if you have.
NB: DON'T OVER COOK YOUR VEGETABLES
Add a bit of thickener to when the mince is done cooking and simmer a little and take out your pan and let it cool.
BACK TO THE DOUGH
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius
