vanilla red berry panacotta



*Ingredients:*
- 400ml cream
- 50g sugar
- 1 vanilla pod/extract
- 2 gelatin sheets (or 1 tsp agar-agar)
- 300g mixed berries
- Sugar and lemon juice for berry coulis

*Instructions:*
1. Soak gelatin. Heat cream, sugar, and vanilla. Mix in gelatin.
2. Pour into glasses. Chill for 2 hours.
3. Cook berries with sugar and lemon juice. Blend into coulis.
4. Top panna cotta with coulis and fresh berries.

*Delicious and creamy dessert*
