chocolate mouse cake
Ingredients
Chocolate Mousse:
740ml all purpose cream, chilled overnight
1 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
300ml condensed milk,chilled overnight (more if preferred)
2 tbsp gelatine,clear&unflavored(soaked in 3 tbsp water)
4 tbsp hot water
base cake:
400g moist chocolate cake
Additional topping:
almonds nuts
whipped cream
cake crumbs
