lemon cake

Ingredients for Pasta:
3 eggs

1 cup of warm milk

1⁄2 cup oil

Juice of 1 lemon + lemon zest

2 cups of wheat flour

1/2 cup of condensed milk

Juice of 1 lemon

1⁄2 cup milk (or water)

Creamy White Stuffing:
1 can of condensed milk

1 can of cream milk

2 tablespoons (soup) of powdered milk (optional)

1 tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved in 3 tablespoons of milk

1 teaspoon (tea) of vanilla essence (optional)

Coverage:
1 box of ice cream

1/2 box of condensed milk

1 tablespoon (soup) of powdered milk (optional)

Lemon zest for garnish

Preparation Mode:
Massa:
Beat eggs, sugar, milk, oil and lemon juice into a blender. Add the flour little by little and finally the yeast.
Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.

Boil:
Mix all the ingredients together After baking, fry the cake and water it with the still lukewarm broth.
