pork pies

Pork pies👌❤️🔥
Ingredients
3 cups plain flour
1 cup water
100g butter
1 egg
1tsp salt
For filling pork sausages or u can use beef sausage.
Method
Boil 1 cup of water then add 100g butter,egg,salt.let the butter melt and set it aside.
In a separate bowl put flour create a hole and add the butter water,mix till u form a dough.
Sprinkle some flour and roll the dough straight.
Use any cutter of your choice to cut depending on hw u want your pies to come out its either biscuit cutter or waterglass.
For filling
I used pork sausages.
Firstly l removed the outer skin to make it for the filling process.
Fill the baking tray.use a fork to poke the dough at the bottom before u add your filling..same as on top do the same as you close your pies.
Brush with egg wash on top before baking them
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
