Cake:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1.5 teaspoons baking powder

1.5 cups granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil

200g dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions:
1. Make the Cake: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan.
2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Mix until smooth.
5. Stir in the hot water. The batter will be thin, but this ensures a moist cake.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
7. Bake for 45-90 minutes
