beef offal



Ingredients 
Beef offal
Tomatoes 
Beef stock
Green pepper 
Onions
Salt 
Cooking oil

Method First rinse your meat till its clean
Boil it in salt water till they are tender might take up to 4 hours boiling
Blend your vegetables together 
Pour the mixture in you stew add beefstock let it simmer for 30 minutes
