Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line two 8-inch round cake pans to prevent sticking.
Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl until fully blended.

🔥 The Crispy Zinger Burger That Will Make You Drool in Every Bite!
Ingredients (for 2 burgers)
For Chicken Marinade:
Chicken breast fillets – 2 (approx. 250g each)
Buttermilk – ½ cup (120ml)
Red chili powder – 1 tsp (2g)
Paprika – 1 tsp (2g)
Garlic powder – ½ tsp (1g)
Salt – 1 tsp (5g)
Black pepper – ½ tsp (1g)
For Coating:
All-purpose flour – ¾ cup (90g)
Cornstarch – 2 tbsp (16g)
Red chili powder – 1 tsp (2g)
Paprika – 1 tsp (2g)
Garlic powder – ½ tsp (1g)
Salt – 1 tsp (5g)
Black pepper – ½ tsp (1g)
For Burger Assembly:
Burger buns – 2
Lettuce leaves – 2
Sliced tomatoes – 2
Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp (45g)
Cheese slices – 2
For Frying:
Oil – enough for deep frying
Instructions:
Marinate Chicken:
Pound chicken fillets slightly to flatten.
Mix buttermilk, red chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken, coat well, and marinate for 2–3 hours in the fridge.
Prepare Coating:
In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, red chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat Chicken:
Remove chicken from marinade, let excess drip off.
Dredge in flour mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
Fry Chicken:
Heat oil to 175°C (350°F).
Fry chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
Assemble Burger:
Toast buns lightly.
Spread mayonnaise on both buns.
Place lettuce, tomato slice, fried chicken, and cheese slice.
Cover with top bun.
Serve:
Serve hot with fries or coleslaw.
