Ingredients:
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp mint extract
Green food coloring (optional)
1 cup crushed chocolate cookies (like Oreos)
1/2 cup red and green candies (e.g., M&Ms or sprinkles)
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the mint extract and green food coloring (if using).
4. Fold in the crushed chocolate cookies, half of the candies, and half of the mini chocolate chips.
5. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
6. Sprinkle the remaining candies and chocolate chips on top, pressing them lightly into the fudge.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
8. Cut into bite-sized squares and serve.
