*Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cake*
*Ingredients:*
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Whipped cream or strawberry frosting
- Fresh strawberries
*Instructions:*
1. Bake cake layers with strawberry jam and chopped strawberries.
2. Make chocolate ganache with heavy cream and chocolate chips.
3. Assemble cake with whipped cream or frosting.
4. Pour ganache over cake, top with fresh strawberries.
