Marinade the chicken
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cayenne pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
For best flavor, allow the chicken to marinate in the fridge for 2 hours before roasting
roast the chicken 180'C for 1 hour and 30 minutes lower rack
