4 cups self raising flour
250g butter
4 eggs
1 tbspn vanilla essence
2cups fresh milk
1 cup white sugar

Method
-Whisk butter and sugar together
-Add vanilla essence,milk and eggs then Whisky till fluffy
-Seive flour and add to the mixture and mix
-Place in a greased muffins pan
-Bake at 180° for 20 to 25 mins
