Instructions
1. Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit 5 minutes.
2. Add butter, egg, salt, and flour. Knead 8–10 minutes.
3. Let rise for 1 hour.
4. Roll into a rectangle and spread butter.
5. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly.
6. Roll tightly and slice into 12 rolls.
7. Rise 30–45 minutes.
8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes.
9. Drizzle with glaze while warm.
🍫 Chocolate Cinnamon Roll
Dough

Instructions
1. Add cocoa and food coloring to the dough mixture.
2. Knead and rise until doubled.
3. Add filling and roll.
4. Slice and rise again.
5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes.

Topping
* ½ cup caramel sauce
* ½ cup chopped pecans
* Flaky sea salt
Instructions
