tiramisu

☕ Traditional Tiramisu
Ingredients
* 1 cup espresso, cooled
* 3 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
* 26 ladyfinger cookies
* 1 lb (450g) mascarpone cheese
* ¾ cup sugar
* 4 egg yolks
* Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
1. Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and creamy.
2. Fold in mascarpone cheese until smooth.
3. Mix espresso and coffee liqueur in a shallow bowl.
4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture.
5. Arrange half the ladyfingers in a dish.
6. Spread half the mascarpone mixture over them.
7. Repeat with remaining ladyfingers and cream.
8. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
9. Dust generously with cocoa powder before serving.

🍫 Chocolate Tiramisu
Ingredients
* 1 cup espresso, cooled
* 3 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
* 24 ladyfingers
* 1 lb mascarpone cheese
* ¼ cup sugar
* 8 oz melted chocolate
* ½ cup cocoa powder
Instructions
1. Beat mascarpone and sugar until smooth.
2. Stir melted chocolate into the mascarpone mixture.
3. Combine espresso and coffee liqueur.
4. Dip ladyfingers briefly in the coffee mixture.
5. Layer half the ladyfingers in a dish.
6. Spread half the chocolate mascarpone mixture on top.
7. Repeat layers.
8. Chill for at least 4–6 hours.
9. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

🍓 Strawberry Tiramisu
Ingredients
* 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
* 24 ladyfingers
* 1 lb mascarpone cheese
* 1½ cups heavy cream
* ½ cup sugar
* 3 cups sliced strawberries
* ½ cup strawberry preserves
Instructions
1. Whip heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
2. Fold mascarpone into the whipped cream.
3. Mix strawberry preserves with sliced strawberries.
4. Dip ladyfingers lightly in coffee.
5. Arrange half the ladyfingers in a dish.
6. Spread half the mascarpone mixture over them.
7. Add a layer of strawberries.
8. Repeat layers.
9. Chill for 4 hours before serving.

🎂 Tiramisu Cake
Ingredients
* 1 cup espresso
* 3 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
* 2 (9-inch) sponge cake layers
* 1 lb mascarpone cheese
* ¼ cup sugar
* 2 tbsp cocoa powder
* Extra cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
1. Mix mascarpone, sugar, and cocoa powder until smooth.
2. Combine espresso and coffee liqueur.
3. Brush one cake layer with half the coffee mixture.
4. Spread half the mascarpone cream over the cake.
5. Place the second cake layer on top.
6. Brush with remaining coffee mixture.
7. Cover with remaining cream.
8. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
9. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

🍰 Tiramisu Cheesecake
Ingredients
* 1½ cups espresso
* 3 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
* 1½ cups crushed ladyfingers
* 24 oz cream cheese
* ½ cup mascarpone cheese
* 1 cup sugar
* Cocoa powder
Instructions
1. Press crushed ladyfingers into a springform pan to form a crust.
2. Beat cream cheese, mascarpone, and sugar until smooth.
3. Pour filling over the crust.
4. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 45–50 minutes.
5. Cool completely and refrigerate overnight.
6. Brush the top lightly with espresso.
7. Dust generously with cocoa powder before serving.

🍨 Tiramisu Ice Cream
Ingredients
* ¼ cup brewed coffee
* 2 cups heavy cream
* 1 cup milk
* ⅔ cup sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* Cocoa powder
Instructions
1. Whisk coffee, milk, sugar, and vanilla until sugar dissolves.
2. Stir in heavy cream.
3. Chill mixture for 1 hour.
4. Churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
5. Transfer to a container and freeze for 4 hours.
6. Sprinkle cocoa powder before serving.
