Ingredients:
* 1 cup dark chocolate
* 1/2 cup heavy cream
* 1 tbsp unsalted butter
* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
* 2 tbsp cocoa powder
* 2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
Procedure:
1. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until warm.
2. Pour over dark chocolate and let sit for 1–2 minutes.
3. Stir until chocolate melts and smooth.
4. Add butter and vanilla extract; mix well.
5. Chill mixture in the fridge until firm.
6. Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
7. Coat with cocoa powder and chocolate sprinkles.
★ 2. Coconut Truffles
Ingredients:
* 2 cups desiccated coconut
* 1 cup condensed milk
* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
* 2 tbsp powdered sugar
* 2 tbsp milk powder
* 2 tbsp extra coconut for coating
Procedure:
1. Mix desiccated coconut, condensed milk, vanilla, powdered sugar, and milk powder in a bowl.
2. Shape into small balls.
3. Roll in extra coconut for coating.
4. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
★ 3. Oreo Truffles
Ingredients:
* 18 Oreo cookies, crushed
* 4 oz cream cheese
* 1 cup white chocolate
* 1 tbsp butter
* 2 tbsp cookie crumbs
Procedure:
1. Mix crushed Oreos with cream cheese until smooth.
2. Shape mixture into small balls.
3. Melt white chocolate with butter.
4. Dip truffles into melted chocolate.
5. Sprinkle cookie crumbs on top.
6. Chill until set.
★ 4. Strawberry Truffles
Ingredients:
* 1 cup white chocolate
* 1/4 cup heavy cream
* 1/4 cup strawberry puree
* 1 tbsp unsalted butter
* 2 tbsp powdered sugar
* 2 tbsp freeze-dried strawberry crumbs

3. Mix in strawberry puree and powdered sugar.

5. Shape into balls and roll in freeze-dried strawberry crumbs.

* 2 tbsp unsalted butter
* 3/4 cup powdered sugar
* 1 cup milk chocolate
* 2 tbsp crushed peanuts
Procedure:
1. Mix peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
2. Chill mixture until firm.
3. Shape into small balls.
4. Melt milk chocolate and dip truffles in it.
5. Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top.
6. Chill until set.

* 1 tbsp unsalted butter
* 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
* 1 tbsp powdered sugar

3. Add pistachio paste and powdered sugar; mix well.
