walnut fudge

1. Chocolate Walnut Fudge

Ingredients

* 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
* 1 can (397 g) sweetened condensed milk
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 cup chopped walnuts

Method

1. Melt chocolate chips and condensed milk over low heat.
2. Stir in vanilla and walnuts.
3. Spread into a lined pan.
4. Chill for 2–3 hours until firm.
5. Cut into squares.


2. White Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

* 3 cups white chocolate chips
* 1 can sweetened condensed milk
* 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

1. Melt white chocolate and condensed milk together.
2. Stir until smooth.
3. Pour into a lined pan.
4. Refrigerate until set.
5. Slice and serve.


3. Chocolate Chip Fudge

Ingredients

* 3 cups milk chocolate chips
* 1 can sweetened condensed milk
* ½ cup mini chocolate chips
* 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

1. Melt chocolate and condensed milk.
2. Stir in vanilla.
3. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
4. Spread in a pan and chill until firm.


4. Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

* 2 cups peanut butter
* 1 cup butter
* 4 cups powdered sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

1. Melt peanut butter and butter together.
2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
3. Gradually add powdered sugar.
4. Press into a pan and chill until firm.


5. Cookies & Cream Fudge

Ingredients

* 3 cups white chocolate chips
* 1 can sweetened condensed milk
* 10 crushed chocolate sandwich cookies

Method

1. Melt white chocolate and condensed milk.
2. Fold in crushed cookies.
3. Spread into a prepared pan.
4. Chill until set.


6. Salted Caramel Fudge

Ingredients

* 3 cups milk chocolate chips
* 1 can sweetened condensed milk
* ½ cup caramel sauce
* ½ tsp sea salt

Method

1. Melt chocolate and condensed milk.
2. Stir in caramel sauce.
3. Pour into a lined pan.
4. Sprinkle with sea salt.
5. Refrigerate until firm.


7. Mint Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

* 3 cups white chocolate chips
* 1 can sweetened condensed milk
* 1 tsp peppermint extract
* Green food coloring (optional)
* ½ cup chocolate chunks

Method

1. Melt white chocolate and condensed milk.
2. Stir in peppermint extract.
3. Fold in chocolate chunks.
4. Chill until fully set.


8. Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge

Ingredients

* 2 cups chocolate hazelnut spread
* 1 can sweetened condensed milk
* 1 cup chopped hazelnuts

Method

1. Heat hazelnut spread and condensed milk together.
2. Stir until smooth.
3. Fold in hazelnuts.
4. Spread into a pan and refrigerate.


9. Strawberry Fudge

Ingredients

* 3 cups white chocolate chips
* 1 can sweetened condensed milk
* ½ cup strawberry puree
* Pink food coloring (optional)

Method

1. Melt white chocolate and condensed milk.
2. Stir in strawberry puree.
3. Pour into a lined pan.
4. Chill until firm and cut into squares.

Storage: Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months.
