churro cheesecake bites


🛒 Ingredients
For the Cheesecake Layer:
✔️ 2 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
✔️ ½ cup granulated sugar
✔️ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✔️ 1 egg

For the Dough:
✔️ 2 tubes crescent roll dough (or puff pastry)

For the Cinnamon-Sugar Topping:
✔️ ½ cup granulated sugar
✔️ 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
✔️ 2 tbsp melted butter .........
