chocolate cake

1. Classic Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* ¾ cup cocoa powder
* 2 cups sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 cup milk
* ½ cup vegetable oil
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 tsp baking powder

* 1 cup boiling water

Instructions
