🥞 1. Homemade Crepes

Ingredients
• 1 cup All-purpose Flour
• 2 Eggs
• 1 cup Milk
• 2 tbsp Melted Butter
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• Pinch of Salt

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients into a blender or bowl and mix until smooth.

2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.

3. Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan, swirling to coat evenly.

4. Cook for about 1–2 minutes until the edges lift.

5. Flip and cook the other side for 30–60 seconds.

6. Fill with fruits, cream, or syrup and serve warm.

🥞 2. Homemade Fluffy Pancakes

Ingredients
• 1½ cups All-purpose Flour
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• 1 tbsp Baking Powder
• ¼ tsp Salt
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 Egg
• 2 tbsp Melted Butter
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.

3. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix gently (do not overmix).

4. Heat a greased pan over medium heat.

5. Pour batter onto pan and cook until bubbles appear.

6. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

7. Serve hot with butter and syrup.

Ingredients
• 2 cups All-purpose Flour
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• ¼ tsp Salt
• 1½ cups Milk
• 2 Eggs
• 2 tbsp Melted Butter
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

1. Preheat your waffle iron.

2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

3. Whisk milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla in another bowl.

4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

5. Pour batter into waffle iron and cook according to machine instructions.

6. Remove when golden and crisp.

7. Serve with syrup, fruit, or whipped cream.

Ingredients
• 2 cups All-purpose Flour
• 1 tbsp Baking Powder
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• ¼ tsp Salt
• ½ cup Cold Butter (cubed)
• ¾ cup Cold Buttermilk

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).

2. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl.

3. Cut in cold butter using fingers or a pastry cutter until crumbly.

4. Add buttermilk and gently mix into a soft dough.

5. Pat dough to 1-inch thickness and cut into circles.

6. Place on baking tray and bake for 12–15 minutes.

7. Serve warm with butter or honey.
