📍 HARD BOILED CANDY

🛒 Ingredients

* 2 cups sugar
* 3/4 cup water
* 1/2 cup corn syrup
* Food coloring
* Flavoring extract

👨‍🍳 Procedure

* Combine sugar, water, and corn syrup in a saucepan.
* Heat until the mixture reaches 150°C (300°F).
* Remove from heat and add flavoring and food coloring.
* Pour into candy molds.
* Allow to cool completely.
* Remove from molds and store in an airtight container.

📍 ROCK CANDY

🛒 Ingredients

* 2 cups sugar
* 1 cup water
* Food coloring (optional)
* Wooden sticks

👨‍🍳 Procedure

* Boil water and dissolve sugar completely.
* Add food coloring if desired.
* Pour into a glass jar.
* Suspend wooden sticks into the solution.
